Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information AL-MIZAN LLC collects through this website, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
Information you give us
- When you place an order: your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and the products you order.
- When you create an account: your email address and password.
- When you contact us: your message and the details you include in it.
Each order records your research setting, your organization if you give one, and that you accepted the research-use acknowledgment at checkout.
Payments are handled by our payment processors. This website does not store card details.
If you apply to the affiliate program, we keep what you submit (your name, email, state, links, and how you plan to promote), your payout details (encrypted bank details for ACH, or a wallet address or Zelle email, phone number, or tag), and your commission and payout records. We use them to run the program and pay you.
Information collected automatically
This website sets the cookies it needs to work: your cart, your session, staying signed in, and, when the site asks your age, a cookie that remembers your answer for 30 days. During your visit it also notes how you arrived, such as from a search engine, another website, or an ad, and saves that with any order you place.
If you arrive through an affiliate link, we set a cookie named partner_program_ref for 30 days. It records which affiliate sent you, so the order can be credited to them, and holds no personal information.
We do not use analytics on this website.
Our host keeps standard access logs for a limited period. They record your IP address, browser type, and the time of each request, and are used only for security and troubleshooting.
Advertising
When we run ads on search engines, this website loads those advertising platforms' tags: the Google tag, for Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising's Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag. The tags set cookies that let each platform tell when a visit came from one of its ads, and when that visit led to an order.
When you place an order, they receive its order number, value, and currency, and which products it contains, with their quantities and prices. They do not receive your name, email address, phone number, or address from us. As with anything your browser loads, they also see your IP address and browser type.
Google and Microsoft collect and use this data under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can turn off personalized ads from them in Google's My Ad Center and in Microsoft's ad settings.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, this website does not load these tags. You can also block them in your browser's settings.
Lot records opened from a vial
The QR code on a vial opens a public record for that lot. No account is needed, and the record does not ask for your name or contact details. Visits are not measured and are not linked to you. They appear only in the standard access logs described above.
How we use information

- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not send marketing emails. You receive only emails about your order and your account.
Who we share information with
We share information with service providers, so they can run their part of the store, and when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information. The advertising tags described above are the only way it is shared for advertising, and they do not load in a browser that sends Global Privacy Control.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for seven years to meet tax obligations. Account details and messages are kept for two years after your last contact with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to send you a copy. Write to contact@mizansupply.com from the email address on your order, or include your order number, so we can check the request is yours.
We do not charge for this, and we do not treat you differently for asking. Some order records must be kept to meet legal obligations.
Security
This website uses HTTPS. Card details are not stored on it, and administrative access is limited to the people who need it.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
