Refund and returns policy

Products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange once they have shipped.

Orders lost or damaged in transit

Contact us if your order has not arrived 7 business days after its delivery estimate. Include your order number.

For a damaged order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the lot number printed on each damaged vial, and photographs of the vials and the packaging. We email you a prepaid label to mail the damaged vials back.

For a lost or damaged order, we send a replacement, or refund those items to the original payment method if you prefer or the product is out of stock. Return shipping and the replacement are free, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Where an order is canceled before it ships, we return the amount paid to the original payment method.
